For this purpose, 40 pregnant Shall ewes in a completely random design were used from 21 d before to 80 d after lambing. Four experimental groups were: (1) diet containing CSSO – EO; (2) diet containing CSSO + EO; (3) diet containing CSFO – EO; and (4) diet containing CSFO + EO. The fat sources and a mixture of EO were added to rations based on 1.3% of DM and 0.6 g/kg of DM, respectively. Results showed that the interaction of fat sources and EO (Fat×EO) affected (P0.05) some characteristics such as feed intake, nutrient digestibility, butyrate and NH3-N production in rumen, rumen bacteria population; and blood urea, total protein and globulin. Moreover, supplementation the mixture of EO increased (P0.05) feed intake, total apparent tract digestibility, ruminating and chewing behavior and the plasma glucose level. A total of 648 one-day old Cobb male broilers were randomly assigned to a control diet and 8 other dietary treatments divided in 2 fiber types (cellulose vs. soyhulls), 2 particle sizes (100 and 600 µm), and 2 inclusion levels (4 and 8% crude fiber). Birds were reared to 21 days of age in battery cages (n = 6 replicates). Growth performance parameters and intestinal viscosity were measured on da 7, 14, and 21. On d 14 and 21, digestive organ weights were recorded for analyses of organ growth. On d 21, intestinal samples were taken for analyses of histology, and jejunal mucosas were collected for analyses of nutrient transporters. Data were analyzed as a 2 × 2 × 2 factorial design using JMP 2021. گیاه سورگوم با مناطق گرم و خشک سازگاری خوبی دارد و می‌تواند به‌منظور تولید سیلاژ کشت شود. در صورتی که سورگوم علوفه‌ای به‌خوبی مدیریت شود و به طرز صحیحی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد، می‌تواند جایگزین مناسبی برای ذرت علوفه‌ای باشد.اگر بخواهیم از سرگوم در تغذیه دام برای تولید علوفه خشک شده استفاده کنیم باید سورگوم در مرحله دانه نرم برداشت شود. کاه و کلشی که بعد از برداشت سورگوم باقی می ماند عموماً ارزش غذایی خاصی ندارد ولی با سبوس، اردک برنج و یا کنجاله پنبه دانه و سویا می توان پروتئین آن را افزایش داد.نیاز آبی بالای ذرت علوفه ای و دیگر اقلامی که به عنوان علوفه دام‌ها حساب می شوند یکی از محدودیت هایی است که مانع از کشت گسترده محصول و تولید علوفه می شود لذا اغلب از گیاهان کم آب بر و سازگار با مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک کشور نظیر سورگوم ، خارشتر و کاکتوس علوفه ای استفاده می شود.علوفه سورگوم و استفاده آن در تغذیه دامhttps://www.aparat.com/v/PpGrf انجمن تغذیه دام-طیور و آبزیان کرمان...ادامه مطلب

Forty male goats were blocked by their initial body weights (BW), and within each block, animals were randomly assigned to one of the four diets using a randomized complete block design. The treatments were arranged in a 2×2 factorial comprising of two levels of NDF (20.2% and 32%) and two diet transition strategies (day 7 and 15). All the diets were iso-nitrogenous, having a 15:85 forage-to-concentrate ratio. In the high NDF diet, a higher level of 32% was achieved by replacing co grain with soy hulls and wheat bran. The goats were housed individually and had ad libitum access to feed and water. During the transition phase, conventional feeding was replaced by the CPD in three steps, and thereafter, all animals had free choice access to their respective diets.
